Victor is a small, quiet suburb of Rochester with friendly people and excellent schools. It has a population of around 15,000 people. Victor is one of the best places to live in Up-State New York. There are plenty of restaurants, Coffee Shops, and public spaces! Many people choose to live in Victor for its great school system.
